Skydio.com has a 30-day return period for all purchases from their online store. This period starts from the day the product is delivered to the customer. The returned product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that it was received in to be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact the Skydio Customer Support team. Once the proof of purchase is verified, the Support team will generate and provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the return packaging when sending items back to Skydio.

Once the return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent. The refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment within ten days.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs when returning an item for a refund. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as Skydio cannot guarantee that they will receive the returned item.
