Skydio Return Policy?
Skydio.com has a 30-day return period for all purchases from their online store. This period starts from the day the product is delivered to the customer. The returned product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that it was received in to be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, the customer must contact the Skydio Customer Support team. Once the proof of purchase is verified, the Support team will generate and provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the return packaging when sending items back to Skydio.
Once the return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent. The refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment within ten days.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs when returning an item for a refund. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as Skydio cannot guarantee that they will receive the returned item.
If a refund has not been received within the specified time, the customer should re-check their credit card statement and contact their credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If the refund is still not received after these steps, the customer should contact Skydio at help@skydio.com.
Any free or promotional items that were bundled with the original purchase must also be returned. Any shipping upgrades are non-refundable, even if the order was returned or refused upon delivery.
